MEDIATION SERVICES
Mediation is a voluntary process intended to bring people in conflict together with an impartial mediator. A mediator facilitates communication between the parties with the goal of resolving the conflict and reaching a compromise. Unlike litigation where one side "wins" while the other "loses," mediation enables disputing parties to reach an agreement satisfactory to everyone.
