Sherilee M. Luedtke
Attorney/Partner
For over 26 years, Ms. Luedtke has represented injured people throughout Washington State, obtaining the best possible financial outcome for her clients. Her goal is to de-mystify the legal process for her clients who are suffering because of someone else’s negligent behavior. She enjoys developing a trusting relationship with each of her clients, who consistently refer new clients to her for legal representation. Unlike many other attorneys, Ms. Luedtke does not screen her phone calls, and she takes the necessary time to ensure that her clients understand the legal process and stay informed on the status of their case. If needed due to disability, she will consult with her clients at a time and place convenient for them.
As the daughter of a nationally recognized and highly respected Doctor of Chiropractic, Sherilee Luedtke grew up watching her father care for injured people. This education taught her the importance of assisting the body’s natural healing processes, rather than subjecting it to invasive and often ineffective procedures. Many years ago, she was an auto accident victim herself. This experience provided her with invaluable insight into what her injured clients are feeling, physically, emotionally and financially.
Sherilee’s father, a former president of the American Chiropractic Association, has been a tireless advocate for a patient’s right to choose chiropractic as their form of health care on the state and federal level for over fifty years. She continues this advocacy in her own practice, representing many hundreds of chiropractic patients during her career. Ms. Luedtke enjoys an excellent relationship with area doctors and a thorough understanding of the benefits of Chiropractic care for injured people.
Ms. Luedtke’s goal is to seek redress for all damages sustained by her clients, using her years of experience and success practicing personal injury law to level the playing field with insurance companies. Ms. Luedtke’s experience and knowledge of personal injury law empowers her to deal with insurance companies effectively, including the client’s own insurance company, to achieve the best possible result for her clients. The recently enacted Insurance Fair Conduct Act is yet another tool Ms. Luedtke looks forward to using for the benefit of her clients and society as a whole.
Sometimes negotiation measures fail for a variety of reasons. Then she counsels her clients on their options; ultimately, it is the client’s decision whether to pursue litigation, mandatory arbitration, or alternative means of dispute resolution to obtain fair and just compensation for their damages.
