Norman L. Margullis

Attorney, Mediator, Arbitrator

BIO

Since 1979, Norm Margullis has guided families in crisis through the legal system, providing representation, mediation services, and family law counsel during difficult transitions. His expertise gives clients access to the law as it pertains to divorce, child custody and support, legal separation, and other family issues.

As a trained mediator, Norm's approach to law enables parties to minimize emotional and financial damage by cooperating with one another to make the choices that will impact their futures, rather than leaving those decisions in the hands of the court. An expert in family law issues, Norm has presented at educational seminars dealing with family law practice.

Norm has also volunteered his time pro bono in support of the community through the former Pierce County Center for Dispute Resolution (now Center for Dialog and Resolution), the Tacoma City Ballet Board of Trustees, as an Advisor to RCW Chapter 26 Guardian ad Litems, and as a trainer of Guardian ad Litems for Custody Evaluations.

Now enjoying "semi" retirement, Norm has limited his practice to serving as a mediator and arbitrator for families throughout the Puget Sound area and beyond.
